I had stylish, functional room complete with good facilities as well as a bath. The hotel was in an ideal and exceptionally nice location not far from airport and shopping, Westfield and Gladstone Park shopping centres and Melbourne for a very early flight home the next day. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.
The breakfast they served was expensive, hope one day it will definitely be improved.

We had our wedding night here as we needed to get to the airport the next morning to catch a flight to our honeymoon. The free shuttle bus service was great and we didn't need to wait around for it. It left when we were ready. The staff and bus driver were super friendly too.

We stayed at the Mantra and was very impressed with the Family Studios. We have teenages and it was really nice that they had their own room and their own space. The boys loved the gym, spa and pool. As adults we loved the comfortable bed and it was a great size. Very very impressed overrall.
That we had to pay for our parking. As guest you pay enough to stay then to have to pay for your parking, that should be inclusive.

It was a great hotel for us as we just needed somewhere to stay between flights - had a family room which we also needed. Maybe a little pricey but suited our needs. Good tv stations for the kids and the adults. Great staff. Very nice meal in the hotel restaurant.
Reception was really busy when we arrived - a bus load from a flight delay so was a bit hard to check in - I know these things can't be helped but possibly a queue for "check ins" and guests with queries as people kept on interupting the check in process and a queue for the bus load of people. Also for the price would have liked to have free internet access.

The hotel was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely toiletries provided.
Our room was downgraded to a smaller one due to the air crisis, we were given a cot for our 4 year old as there were no rollaway beds, so we all had to sleep together in the bed. Staff were not helpful in solving my issues, only offered us 2 rooms that were not interconnecting, therefore, not appropriate for a 4 year old.

Ideal for a short stay travelers
I gotta say, the mattress and pillow were TOP NOTCH! I had the best night sleep I could ask for, just like finding the purest crystal! The room was clean, tidy, just perfect after a long day.
Now, it wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, for what you get, it still works out.

The great shower facility: water pressure and temperature range - having spent the previous 28 days in French, uk and Irish hotels and B&Bs.
Perhaps the ambience in the room and the hotel generally was rather sterile and sombre, what with the cold grey/black marble fittings, white walls and and stainless steel lift doors, etc. In short, not enough bright colours.

The staff were fantastic, the bed was really comfortable.
My husband could sit on the toilet (he's 6'3") as he couldn't get his knees in-between the toilet & the shower!! From the way I read your website, I thought breakfast was included, but it wasn't.

I had a surprisingly pleasant experience during my recent stay. The room was spacious and really comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. I was also impressed by the quick and efficient shuttle service to the airport, which saved me a lot of stress. Plus, the dinner I had was top-notch!
